Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Treasures
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still securely attached.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's journey back to our boutique.
